1. Who we are
PADEL RESET is operated by HANDASA Consulting, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: contact@padel-reset.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name and email.
Game profile: level, side, playing hand and clubs.
Match data: players, scores, dates and play-again ratings.
Players added to your circle: name and optional phone number.
Invitations sent and received, and their status.
Subscription status: we never store card data; payments are handled by Stripe.
Technical and usage data: device information, logs and analytics events.
3. How we use it
We use this data to provide the service, match history and stats, invitations and reminders, subscriptions and billing, support, security and product improvement.
4. Service providers (processors)
Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Resend (emails), PostHog EU (analytics), Google (Places/Maps search) and Replit (hosting). We do not sell personal data. No advertising.
5. Players added by a user
The user confirms they have the right to add these players. Added players can request removal at contact@padel-reset.com.
6. Retention
We retain data while the account is active. Data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, except billing records kept as required by law.
7. Your rights
You have rights of access, correction, deletion, export and objection. Exercise them via in-app account deletion or by email to contact@padel-reset.com. Applicable law: UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); users in the EU/EEA benefit from their GDPR rights.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access control. Secrets are never stored in code. Payment data is handled only by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified).
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used only with your consent. You can accept or decline analytics in our cookie notice, and change your choice from Support.
10. International transfers
Data may be processed outside the UAE by the providers listed above, with appropriate safeguards.
11. Children
The service is not intended for users under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
