Terms of Service

1. Service
PADEL RESET helps players organize matches with people they know and track history and stats. PADEL RESET does not book courts, does not collect payments between players and is not responsible for clubs, bookings or court costs.
2. Operator
HANDASA Consulting, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
3. Account
Provide accurate information and maintain one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Free plan and Pro plan
Free includes four organized matches per calendar month, a circle of up to 15 players, the last three months of visible match history and one Find a Partner request per month. Invited and logged matches do not count toward the organized-match allowance. Older history is retained behind a lock, not deleted. Basic lifetime stats include wins/losses, win rate and last-five form. Monthly allowances use your fixed billing timezone, initially Asia/Dubai.
Pro includes unlimited organized matches, circle, match history and Find a Partner requests; advanced stats, recommendations and insights; multiple time options and cost split; shareable stats cards and a Pro badge.
Received invitations and replies are always unlimited on both plans. Returning to Free does not delete your data.
5. Pricing (AED)
Pro Monthly: 29 AED / month.
Pro Yearly: 299 AED / year.
First-year offer (code FIRSTYEAR100): 199 AED for the first year, then 299 AED / year. The offer applies only to the first invoice of your first yearly subscription. There is no free trial.
6. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. For yearly plans, a reminder email is sent seven days before renewal, stating the renewal price of 299 AED/year.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Account > Subscription > Manage (Stripe Customer Portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds, except where required by law.
8. Price changes
We give at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from the next renewal; you can cancel before it applies.
9. Acceptable use
No spam invitations, fake profiles or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
10. User content
You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited license only to operate the service.
11. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Padel is a physical activity played at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
12. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
13. Changes to the terms
Changes will be notified by email or in-app.
14. Governing law
Laws of the United Arab Emirates; courts of Dubai.
