Hosting provider: Replit, Inc. (United States), replit.com. In-app payments are processed by Stripe; organizers and coaches are verified by Stripe Connect.

4. Intellectual property

The PADEL RESET name, interface and texts belong to PADEL RESET. Content shared by players, organizers and coaches remains theirs; they grant PADEL RESET only the rights needed to display it in the app.
