Privacy policy

1. Who we are

PADEL RESET operates this service. Contact: contact@padel-reset.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name and email.

Game profile: level, side, playing hand and clubs.

Match data: players, scores, dates and play-again ratings.

Players added to your circle: name and optional phone number.

Invitations sent and received, and their status.

Subscription status: we never store card data; payments are handled by Stripe.

Payment records: amounts, currency, status and provider references for court, event and coaching payments. Stripe handles full card data.

Optional bank details for direct court reimbursement, provided by an organizer and visible only to accepted participants.

Technical and usage data: device information, logs and analytics events.

3. How we use it

We use this data to provide the service, match history and stats, invitations and reminders, subscriptions and billing, support, security and product improvement. Saved game profiles, circles, matches, scores, ratings, match plans and partner requests are stored server-side and linked to your signed-in account. Sign in with the same account to access them on another device. Browser storage is not the source of truth. You can export your account data from Account > Export my data; this export is for data portability, not device sync.

4. Service providers (processors)

Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Resend (emails), PostHog EU (analytics), Google (Places/Maps search) and Replit (hosting). We do not sell personal data. No advertising. Payments for courts, events and lessons are made in the app through Stripe: Stripe processes the card payment and the payout to the organizer or coach, and PADEL RESET receives payment records (amount, currency, status, references) and a service fee per payment, included in the price shown, never your card data.

5. Players added by a user

The user confirms they have the right to add these players. Added players can request removal at contact@padel-reset.com.

6. Retention

We retain data while the account is active. Data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, except billing records kept as required by law.

Chat messages are kept while your account is active; you can delete your account at any time. Notifications and register lines are kept while your account is active.

7. Your rights

You have rights of access, correction, deletion, export and objection. Exercise them via in-app account deletion or by email to contact@padel-reset.com. Applicable law: UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); users in the EU/EEA benefit from their GDPR rights.

You can export or delete your data from Account and settings, and contact us for access, correction or objection. Deleting your account removes your profile, circle, follows and shared content, except records kept by legal obligation.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access control. Secrets are never stored in code. Payment data is handled only by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified).

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used only with your consent. You can accept or decline analytics in our cookie notice, and change your choice from Support.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed outside the UAE by the providers listed above, with appropriate safeguards.

11. Children

The service is not intended for users under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.

14. Payments and the private register

Card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by PADEL RESET. For off-app payments, attendance, method, amount and balance are visible only to the organizer or coach concerned and to the player concerned. Organizer and coach identity checks are done by Stripe.

15. AI processing of imports

If you import data, the files you choose are processed by an AI service only to extract rows you then review. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and you can undo an import.

16. Calendar links

Calendar links are private tokens you can rotate or revoke at any time.
