Terms of service

1. Service

PADEL RESET helps players organize matches with people they know and track history and stats. Court bookings remain independent: PADEL RESET does not book courts and is not responsible for clubs, bookings or court costs. Where an organizer, coach or court-share flow offers payment inside the app, the payment is processed by Stripe, the organizer or coach is responsible for their own event, lesson, court and refund terms, and PADEL RESET acts only as an intermediary for the payment flow and its service fee.

3. Account

Provide accurate information and maintain one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Free, Pro and Elite

Free: 4 organized matches per calendar month, a circle of up to 15 players, 3 partner requests per month and the last 3 months of visible history with basic stats. Pro: 12 organized matches per month, a circle of up to 35 players, unlimited partner requests, full history and stats. Elite: unlimited organized matches, circle and partner requests, full history and stats. Limits apply only to the player who organizes a match; accepting invitations and playing are unlimited for everyone. Older history is locked, never deleted. Pro subscribers from before the three-plan offer were moved to Elite at an unchanged price.

The Organizer and Coach spaces are free at launch.

5. Pricing

Pro and Elite prices are shown in your currency on the Pricing page and in the plan screens in the app, and are the current prices when you subscribe. Any first-year offer applies only to the first invoice of your first yearly subscription.

6. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. For yearly plans, a reminder email is sent seven days before renewal, stating the saved subscription renewal amount and currency.

7. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Account > Subscription > Manage (Stripe Customer Portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds, except where required by law.

8. Price changes

We give at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from the next renewal; you can cancel before it applies.

9. Payments

In-app payment (recommended) is processed by Stripe and gives guaranteed payment, automatic refunds where applicable, waiting-list replacement and no-show deposits. Off-app payment (on site, cash or transfer) is agreed directly between the player and the organizer or coach: PADEL RESET only keeps a private register of what was declared and confirmed, does not hold the money and cannot guarantee or refund it.

Court shares between players: the organizer pays the court and the other players pay them back. In the app, each player who pays is charged a service fee, included in the price shown and detailed before paying. The organizer receives 100% of the shares, paid out at once to their debit card through Stripe Connect as soon as everyone has paid. This option is offered only when the organizer has a verified payout account. Paying on site (cash, transfer, at the club) remains possible, with no fee; the app only tracks who has paid and sends reminders. The organizer never pays a fee for the other players.

Organizers and coaches are responsible for their events, lessons, prices and attendance. In-app payment through Stripe is recommended; the service fee, paid by the player, applies only to in-app payments. On-site payments are also possible, without any PADEL RESET fee. Off-app refunds are agreed directly with the recipient. PADEL RESET coordinates registrations and notifications.

10. Acceptable use

No spam invitations, fake profiles or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

11. User content

You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited license only to operate the service.

12. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Padel is a physical activity played at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.

13. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

14. Changes to the terms

Changes will be notified by email or in-app.

15. Governing law

Laws of the United Arab Emirates; courts of Dubai.

17. Seller

PADEL RESET sells the Pro and Elite player subscriptions. Receipts show the seller and the tax line.

18. Marketplace role and service fee

For events, lessons, packs and court shares, the organizer or coach is the provider; PADEL RESET connects players with them. A service fee, paid by the player, included in the price shown and detailed before paying, applies only to payments made in the app. Payments made outside the app carry no fee.

19. Refunds and cancellations

Automatic refunds apply only to in-app payments, according to the cancellation rule shown on the event, lesson or pack before payment. If the organizer or coach cancels, in-app payments are refunded in full. Off-app payments are refunded, if at all, directly by the organizer or coach.

20. Organizer and coach accounts

Any player can activate an organizer or coach space instantly and for free: at launch it is free, up to 8 published events (organizer) or 15 lessons (coach) per month. To receive in-app payments the account must complete Stripe Connect verification (identity and bank, handled by Stripe). Until then, paid items stay drafts. Public visibility (search, city pages, follow, public page) starts automatically after verification. PADEL RESET may suspend a space: the public page is hidden and new payments are blocked; existing bookings are kept.

21. Community, reports and appeal

Feed, messages and share only show what a player chose to share, to the people allowed to see it. Anyone can report a player, content, organizer or coach. We review reports, may remove content or suspend accounts, and tell the person concerned, who can appeal by replying to our decision. 22. Account deletion

You can delete your account from Account and settings. Your profile, circle and shared content are removed; records we must keep by law (invoices, payment records) are kept for the legal period only.

23. Organizers and coaches free at launch

The Organizer and Coach spaces are free at launch and require no payment card: up to 8 published events (organizer) or 15 lessons (coach) per calendar month. We will tell you at least 30 days before any paid plan arrives. An event or lesson already published is never withdrawn because of this limit.

24. Organizers and coaches

Player and contact data may be used only to run your events. Imported contacts must have agreed to hear from you. Automatic event notifications go in-app and by email. PADEL RESET never sends messages on your behalf: sharing a link is always done by the organizer, from their own messaging app. If a paid plan arrives later, its payment terms will be shown to you before any subscription. We may suspend accounts that spam or misuse data.
